nice stay for a couple getaway
Had a decent experience overall! The bed was huge, which was great for stretching out, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was solid, but the room had a bit of a lingering smell. Still, it was a nice place to crash after a long day in town!

We did experience a long check-in process, which was frustrating, but it didn't ruin our stay.

If you're on the lookout for good ol' home-made desserts, there's a gem around! Plus, the friendly staff at Quality Inn really try to make the best of a tough situation. Their hard work stands out amidst the chaos!
The facilities were a complete letdown—dirty, unkept with some rooms still unmade upon check-in. We left to find better lodging, only to find a surprise charge later! It felt more like a shelter than a hotel, what's up with that?

We enjoyed our stay here with the family and our dog. The outdoor pool was a great spot for the kids to cool off and have fun. The location was also convenient for a quick trip to the Tulsa Promenade for some shopping.
My kids wished there were more activities for them around the hotel. It would have been great to have a playground or organized games during our stay.

The location near downtown made it easy to explore the area. The staff was responsive and tried to address our concerns promptly.
However, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing.

The staff was friendly enough and they kept the hotel smelling good. A notable incident was when the lady working late at night cleaned and managed to make the place feel decent before I left.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still, I guess it was acceptable for what I got.
